We are looking for an Administrator to join our Busy Stores team based in Borehamwood. This role will involve a variety of tasks but predominately working with the Admin Team, and will also require you to work within the stores taking in deliveries and helping out as and when required. Overall, this is an excellent opportunity for a candidate for a challenging position to join a dynamic friendly and successful company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Warehouse Management System ( Dynamics 365 )
- Raising orders for stores material
- Inventory Checks to ensure all stock is up to date
- Coordinate with Warehouse Staff
- Data entry
- Ad hoc duties
- Keeping the yard in a orderly manner
- Taking deliveries
- Ensuring all goods are logged in and out of Stores and accurate records are kept
- Loading and unloading of vehicles.
Skills & Experience
- Extremely organised
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- A can do and positive attitude
- Polite telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced with Excel and Word
- FLT Licence
- Full UK Drivers desirable
- Previous experience with Dynamics 365 advantageous.
