Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Contract)

Overview:
Our educational client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team on an initial 2-3 month contract basis. This role offers an immediate start with a one-stage interview process available this week.
Key Details:
- Role: IT Support Engineer
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm
- Rate: £150/day via Umbrella
IT Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Support audio-visual equipment, including projectors and screens
- Assist with hardware and software issues, including phones, laptops, and printers
- Address any additional IT support needs as required
IT Support Engineer Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Experience with audio-visual support
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in an educational environment is highly desirable but not essential
