Description
As a Locum Private Client Solicitor, you'll:
- Step into a busy and supportive environment, handling a broad range of private client matters.
- Your responsibilities will include drafting wills, managing probate cases, setting up and administering trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection matters.
- You'll work closely with clients, providing clear, expert legal advice tailored to their individual needs, while ensuring compliance with all relevant legal procedures.
- The role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage your own caseload efficiently.
Profile
The Locum Private Client Solicitor should be:
- A qualified Solicitor with a background in Private Client Law.
- Proven experience in will drafting, probate, LPA's, and trusts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
