Description

  • Oversee and manage a range of HR operational processes.
  • Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
  • Develop HR planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records.
  • Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes HR services, employee recognition, company philanthropic giving, and benefits administration.
  • Partner with the company's management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and laws.
  • Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Profile

A successful Senior People Partner should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Exemplary communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels within the organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience partnering Senior Commercial/Sales individuals.
  • Experience in managing a range of HR operational processes.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
