Marks Sattin are currently working with a Bradford based Manufacturer who are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a part-time basis (4 days per week). This role will report directly into a Financial Controller and will be responsible for daily transactional duties.
The role will be mainly office based, with some home working available after training and will also pay up to £30,000 FTE for the right candidate!
They are ideally looking for a candidate to start on a short notice!
Responsibilities include:
- Complete the daily sales reconciliation and invoicing
- Reconcile sales performance on a weekly basis and report it to the wider company
- Support purchase ledger with invoice processing and queries
- Manage expenses
- Support monthly payroll administration
- Process month end journals
- Provide cover for credit control and purchase ledger annual leave
Critical Skills/Experience:
- Good knowledge of Excel
- A "hands on" approach
- Able to pick things up quickly
