Operations Co-Ordinator

£22,225 per annum PLUS MONTHLY BONUS
In this role you will working within the Operations Team assisting the Operations manager and supporting the Scheduling team. You should be an energetic team-player and demonstrate good time management and show a willingness to learn.
The Role:
- Responsible for stock control and distribution of engineers equipment and uniform
- Liaise with companies to order and supply engineer equipment
- Assist Operations Manager and Technical Manager with operational duties
- Ensuring, through accurate record keeping, Engineer Health and safety qualifications are up to date.
- Keeping Engineer equipment legal and calibrated
- Arranging Fleet service/MOT bookings and hire vehicles
- Engineer Hotel Bookings
- Assist Technical Manager with planning of engineer Audits
- Assign Regional Partner work to Franchisee engineers
- Keep track of and ensure Regional partner work is being completed in a timely manner
- General Office support
The Candidate:
- Excellent communications skills; verbal, written and Computer literature
- Strong organisational skills: the ability to work under pressure and manage your time effectively
- Strong team-player
- Report to the Operations manager either formally or informally on a daily/weekly basis as required.
- Ensure management are in possession of all relevant statistics and information to maximise and co-ordinate the company's operational efforts.
- Ensure effective use of all work time.
- Attend operations meeting and training courses as necessary.
- Liaise within operations and with sales departments to maintain clear communication.
