Lidl GB is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our new Store Equipment and Innovation team. This role will offer you the unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with business leaders at all levels, both nationally and internationally.

What you'll do

  • You will focus on delivering new store equipment / technology projects to our stores.
  • Planning, managing, and coordinating the rollout of key business projects.
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously to improve processes in our stores.
  • Development of high-quality training materials and guidelines with an end user focus.
  • Analyse and report on the progress of projects.
  • Manage a wide range of internal & external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across GB, International Headquarters, Regional Distribution Centres and Stores.
  • Present project proposals and outcomes to Senior Management
  • Deliver key project presentations at National Meetings

What you'll need

  • Previous Project Management experience.
  • A confident and resilient approach capable of working closely with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret and analyse data.
  • A creative and forward-thinking commercial mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve results.
  • Proven ability to make important decisions and meet company demands and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present regularly at senior level of the business.
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
