In this role, you will be responsible for taking new enquiries, liaising with customer legal requirements. You will also handle data storage and engage with debtors to find constructive solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and friendly individual who has strong customer service and communication skills. They will have experience in a similar role, or in sales type positions.

The Role:
- Research and analyse cases in order to decide the best course of action
- Liaising with customers, arranging meetings and preparing correspondence
- Produce and monitor documentation in regards to customers.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements to ensure that collections are maximised.
The Person:
- A good communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Good at Undertaking telephone collections and compliance work.
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales roles.
