Context:
How would you like to be able to leave your mark on how we operate across all functions within Customer Service & Supply Chain in Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands?

In this position, you will focus on managing strategic initiatives across the Benelux Customer Service & Supply Chain function. This includes ensuring initiatives are prioritized, aligned to operational and strategic objectives for both short and long-term growth and aligned to local markets and central CS&SC objectives. You will work closely together with cross functional stakeholders both locally and centrally to prioritize, resource the initiatives, define milestones and follow up on implementation. Furthermore, you will facilitate synergies, nurture collaboration and coordinate cluster initiatives, reviews and decisions. This is an important role to future proof our Customer Service & Supply Chain Operations in Benelux.

Your job will involve:

  • Manage and run the 100M+ Transformation program for Benelux: Collaborate with all stakeholders to drive identified initiatives, structure newly defined ones and challenge status quo to drive progress of the agenda. Run the drumbeat to reach agreed milestones, identify and manage interdependencies, spot potential risk and opportunities and define mitigation actions where needed. Communicate on progress of the program delivery.
  • Project manage specific local transformation projects: from analyzing the opportunity, onboarding & collaborating with stakeholders, defining project plans, driving progress, facilitating change management and communicating on project implementation.
  • Drive and coordinate strategic Long-Range and Annual Business Planning: Facilitate the long-range and annual planning process for CS&SC in Benelux, ensuring alignment with the One CS&SC strategy and process and with the markets to enhance end to end collaboration.
  • Optimize Benelux CS&SC Routines: Facilitate synergies at Benelux cluster level and oversee & enhance effectiveness of our CS&SC routines in market and at cluster level, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Skills and Experience:

  • Project and Program Management: ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate and execute multiple projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders
  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities: the capacity to review business problems, seek alternatives and recommend best solutions - that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results
  • Ability of being structured in a matrix environment with changing priorities and focus
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinker with a business mindset and financial acumen
  • Team player in an end-to-end organization
  • Self-Motivated and autonomous
  • Experience in CS&SC in an FMCG environment is a big plus
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French fluency is a nice to have
