We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks related to property management, tenant and landlord communications, and daily account management. Key responsibilities include:
General Administrative Duties:
- Renew and prepare tenancy agreements, negotiate rents, and update our CRM system.
- Handle email and telephone inquiries from landlords and tenants.
- Prepare, send, and manage tenancy agreements and legal notices.
New Property Management:
- Complete new property check-lists and archive old files.
- Communicate with landlords for property details and updates.
- Update property information on various platforms.
- Enrol properties in management systems and renew certifications.
- Manage landlord contact details.
Basic accounts
- Process and receipt rents
- Manage contractor payments and mark invoices as paid.
- Adjust council invoices for new properties or cancellations.
- Reconcile invoices and handle any discrepancies.
