We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Conveyancing Assistant to join our client's busy and dynamic legal team on a full-time, temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the conveyancing process from start to finish, including handling residential and commercial property transactions
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Liaising with clients and solicitors to ensure smooth communication and transactions
- Conducting searches, managing files, and keeping records up to date
- Assisting with post-completion tasks, such as submitting applications to the Land Registry
- Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and company policies
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and UK property law
- Top-notch organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with legal software and MS Office
