Quality Assurance Auditor
North West London
Hourly rate - £12-£14 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits, including GMP, hygiene, fabrication, glass & brittle plastic, and HACCP audits, ensuring compliance and identifying trends.
- Verify CCPs and assess competency in procedures, contributing to performance evaluations.
- Investigate customer complaints and internal non-conformances, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Perform diverse product testing (such as organoleptic, pH, aw, salt content), ensuring quality standards.
- Release WIP products for production, conduct finished product label checks, and inspect raw materials.
- Investigate out-of-spec results, liaising with the production team for product specification compliance.
- Manage concessions, log and handle supplier non-conformances, and follow the company's quarantine system.
Person Specification:
- Ideally at least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Food or Science related degree level or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant Microsoft skills especially Outlook and Excel.
- Proficiency in the English language
