The family team operates with 2 experienced lawyers and a long-serving paralegal who is able to undertake complex work under direction and cover leave in addition to secretarial support. Their strong reputation in the area ensures that work flow is good, primarily referrals from past clients, professionals including local law firms and other internal departments.
Work undertaken typically includes Divorce, Financial Remedies, Child Arrangements, Separation Disputes, DV and TOLATA, the work is privately funded and with some complex and high-value cases.
This firm respects work-life balance, there is no expectation to work outside of your contracted hours and billing targets are realistic.
