The role: Providing administration support to the Business Development and Property Teams contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of development projects, contracts and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of the new build/development care home pipeline.
- Mail merging, data collation and producing letters
- Assist in the administration of the tender process and Contract Frameworks.
- Maintenance and updating of a tender tracker to log our bids.
- Estates support to homes and liaising with external parties.
- Diary management, expenses claim, travel and meeting arrangements, note taking.
- Producing reports and analysis to support the site selection and project approval process.
- Assist in the production of material for ad hoc reports.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail
