Just Recruitment is working with a well-regarded and established business, on the outskirts of Ipswich -looking to add a Marketing & Communications Executive to their team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the clients communication strategy across various platforms and will collaborate closely with teams throughout the organisation to develop innovative solutions that enhance the brand presence and engage our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
- Create compelling content for digital marketing channels, including website, and social media.
- Conduct research to identify news and communication ideas relevant to industry and target market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Manage internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged with company initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a very keen eye for detail.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Quick thinker, who can collaborate with other high performers within the organisation.
- Content creation / design - photography, video filming and editing. Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, etc. experience is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of digital platforms & disciplines - email marketing, managing website updates, HTML, Google Analytics, etc.
- 08:00 - 17:15, Monday to Friday (with every other Friday off)
- One hour for lunch.
