My client is a large not for profit organisation based in Wolverhampton looking for a Personal Assistant to support one of their key directors.
Description
- Provide diary management to the director
- Manage and organise complex diaries and schedules.
- Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for the department, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Maintain efficient filing systems and databases.
- Organising events
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Undertake any other duties consistent with the role of a Personal Assistant.
Profile
- Experience as a Personal Assistant
- Can work in a fast paced and demanding role
- Good communication skills
- Can use initiative
- Enjoys working in a busy environment
- Can commute to Wolverhampton
