PERSONAL ASSISTANT

This is a very exciting permanent opportunity to join a professional commercial and residential property company across London as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:

  • Working within a family owned and run business as the Personal Assistant for the Managing Director
  • Extensive and complex Diary Management, organising back-to-back meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and managing any rescheduling and/or conflicts
  • Managing and reviewing the Managing Director's inbox
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between the managing director, internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence
  • Preparing meeting agendas and important documents required
  • Tracking and managing expenses
  • Assisting on an adhoc basis for on project administration where required
  • Assisting with booking travel where required
  • Assisting the general office duties where required such as Waitrose orders, welcoming guests to meeting rooms and further adhoc requests where required

PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:

  • Must be willing to work 5 days in the London office
  • Minimum of 4 – 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Must have supported Director level or higher previously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail orientated
  • Ability to build relationships and gain trust from senior stakeholders
  • Back-to-back diary management experience
  • Inbox management
  • Able to work in highly confidential environments
