Personnel Administrator - 12M contract

The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work within our clients Personnel Services Team (PST)
You will undertake a variety of different admin tasks which will vary from responding to emails, taking calls, co-ordinate and organise inductions, reviewing all PST invoices, assisting with recruitment administration including pre-employment checks, co-ordinate company meetings and other general administrative tasks. You shall be required to deliver excellent service to both internal employees and external customers, representing our client to the highest standard.

About you:
You will be enthusiastic, approachable and have a proven track record of undertaking administrative roles in a busy environment successfully. You will need to be able to work autonomously and able to juggle workloads and tasks from a variety of different people, so the ability to be highly organised is essential as is confidentiality and discretion. You will be joining a hardworking, close and supportive team who are seeking someone with likeminded attributes who has always been a great asset to any team they are part of, but you will also be able to use your own initiative when working on your own. This role will require you to interact with a variety of different teams/people across all seniority therefore excellent communication skills are vital.
