Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its Private Equity M&A team on a permanent basis.
The team focuses on buyouts, buy-ins, and strategic mergers & acquisitions and the successful paralegal will be working closely with Partners and Associates on a range of large transactions. To be considered, candidates must have previous transactional experience and will ideally hold the LPC. This role also offers potential TC progression, as the firm consider their internal paralegals only for training contracts.
