Are you a meticulous Project Planner with a passion for detail? Our client, a leading engineering contractor, is seeking a Project Planner to support their operations across multiple frameworks. This role is critical in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, ensuring that all project activities are planned and executed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Collaborating with project managers and engineers to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
  • Conducting regular schedule reviews and updates, providing accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Utilizing project management software to monitor progress and update schedules.
  • Preparing and presenting project status reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Planner, preferably within the water or construction industry.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
