Overview:
I have an excellent opportunity to for a proactive and enthusiastic 1st Line Service Desk Analyst. As the first point of contact for IT-related issues, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to internal staff, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in the IT field.
