Job Title: IT Customer Service Executive

Key Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues or escalate them appropriately to technical teams.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Attributes Required
- Prior experience in a customer service or helpdesk role, ideally within an IT environment.
- Basic understanding of first-line IT support concepts (e.g., password resets, connectivity issues).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to manage time effectively.
