To £60k + car allowance + bonus
Home-based with travel to various offices in Berkshire & West London
The role of T&C Manager is to coach, train, develop and monitor the performance of the Financial Advisers, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are maintained. Also, to ensure that all Advisers demonstrate appropriate levels of knowledge, skills, and expertise to undertake their role competently in line with the T&C programme.

The ideal candidate for the T&C Manager will need to have:
Level 4 diploma or above
Previous experience within a T&C role within a full Independent financial advice role
Have previously been a financial adviser.
