Our client Stockton Town Football Club are recruiting for an experienced hospitality manager to work as part of a passionate and dedicated hospitality team.
Overall Objective:
To oversee and improve all parts of Stockton Town Football Clubs hospitality section including The Clubhouse, The Imperial Hospitality Suite, and amenities such as The Cabin, Can Bar and Beer Garden. The Hospitality Manager in liaison with the Director of Hospitality will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day planning, delivering a high standard of service and continue to grow our offering.
Main roles/responsibilities:
- To oversee the staffing of all areas included within the hospitality section as well as supplying bi-weekly rota's, managing holidays and staff punctuality.
- Ensuring sales and profitability targets are met on a quarterly basis.
- Oversee the cleanliness of the hospitality section whilst also making sure we reach and maintain standards set by environmental health or similar governing bodies.
- To have full sight of stock levels and produce a monthly stock report given to the Director of Hospitality.
- Ensuring high standards of product are sold within the hospitality section.
- To create a positive working environment for all staff.
- To be present on all Stockton Town 1st Team games unless given permission from the DOH.
- To maintain and improve the hospitality sections relationship with the Junior Section by delivering activities within clubhouse suitable for kids. As well has offering support with Race nights and fundraising opportunities.
- To increase hospitality, use from the community including but not only having darts and pool teams.
- To take responsibility of all cleaning and auditing of cleaning routines within the facilities.
Essential/Desirable Qualifications:
- To hold or be willing to work towards a Personal License
- To hold or be willing to work towards your Hygiene Level 2
