We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join a successful company in Norwich. If you have a background in residential or commercial property management seeking a new role? Look no further!
The Role:
- Manage a mixed portfolio of properties (Retail, Industrial, and Offices) for clients across Norfolk and North Suffolk.
- Maintain returns and value for clients.
- Ensure prompt collection of rent and forwarding to clients.
- Maintain service charge and establish correct budgets.
- Ensure tenants maintain their demised areas.
- Oversee maintenance of communal areas and plan major works.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Oversee and monitor health and safety and fire risk requirements for landlords and tenants.
- Oversee major projects alongside a Consultant Building Surveyor.
- Monitor and instruct accounting functions (management accounts and fee accounts).
- Maintain good landlord and tenant relationships, providing clear explanations and reports.
- Monitor and strategize the management of each property.
- Undertake periodic inspections.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Property Accountant, Administrator, Lease Consultancy, and Agency teams.
Requirements:
- Experience managing Residential or Commercial property.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Confident in dealing with clients and enquiries.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
