Are you a Health & Safety professional looking for a new challenge with a world leading manufacturer in Waterlooville, Portsmouth.

You will be working Monday - Thursday 08.30 - 17.15 and 08.30 - 13.00 on Friday. You could be earning up to £40,000 per year!!

As a Health & Safety consultant, it is your responsibility to ensure that resources are used safely and efficiently, this includes their manufacturing equipment, their warehousing, all things Health & Safety. You will need to make sure that all employees, managers, directors, and board members are thoroughly informed and trained on their individual duties concerning Health and Safety across all sites. You'll naturally promote a positive Health & Safety culture throughout the organisation. You will take part in doing 3 internal audits a year to ensure compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act and best practice management ISO9001 AND ISO14001 and investigate and document all accidents/incidents, applying corrective and preventative actions.

What you need?

  • Essential: NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
  • 2+years in a Health & Safety role
  • Strong communication skills
  • A dynamic positive person who is passionate in what they do.
