A successful and well-established organisation based in Poole, Dorset has approached CMA to assist them with the appointment of a Head of HR to join their team on permanent basis.
Reporting to the Managing Director the role is responsible for overseeing HR management and focussing on building a strong culture and enabling organisational change.
What will the Head of HR role involve?
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance and good practice;
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies and Talent management;
- Responsible for performance management and enhancing effectiveness;
- Training and development, design and delivery to support employee growth
Suitable Candidate for the Head of HR vacancy:
- Ideally qualified to level CIPD 5 or 7;
- Extensive experience in HR management and HR laws and regulations
- Proven experience in culture change, ideally in an international role
