Description

  • Develop and execute marketing communication plans to support business goals.
  • Handle large volumes of data in an organised, efficient, and structured way
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Create engaging content that motivates customers to update their contact details and register for our online account management platform
  • Develop direct mail creative assets that align with campaign goals
  • Work with the Marketing department on administrative tasks as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform communication strategies.

Profile

A successful Marketing Communications Specialist should have:

  • Educational qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in delivering marketing campaigns within the financial services industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for a variety of media.
  • Experience in direct mail and retention strategies would be desired.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
