We now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to join our team - one of the largest family teams in Gloucestershire.

About You
- To thrive you need to be enthusiastic, friendly and positive. You must be able to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients and all those you engage with
- A a minimum of 8 years PQE is desirable (although this does not preclude those with more or or less experience)
- A proven track record of proactively handling a varied caseload of private family matters such as Child Arrangement Orders, Divorce, Matrimonial Finance, Post Nuptial Arrangements and Cohabitation Disputes etc
- A demonstrable track record of achieving career and financial (fee targets) goals and strong commercial awareness
- A passion for business development activities
- Experience of supervising and mentoring more junior fee earners and trainees
- Experience of using case management systems
