SENIOR ASSOCIATE FAMILY SOLICITOR

A well-established independent legal practice with over 35 years of experience. It has an excellent reputation and offers a wide range of legal services to private clients and businesses.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to join our team - one of the largest family teams in Gloucestershire.

The successful candidate will be integral in the continued development and growth of the family team and wider business - it's a great time to be joining us.

About You

  • To thrive you need to be enthusiastic, friendly and positive. You must be able to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients and all those you engage with
  • A a minimum of 8 years PQE is desirable (although this does not preclude those with more or or less experience)
  • A proven track record of proactively handling a varied caseload of private family matters such as Child Arrangement Orders, Divorce, Matrimonial Finance, Post Nuptial Arrangements and Cohabitation Disputes etc
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving career and financial (fee targets) goals and strong commercial awareness
  • A passion for business development activities
  • Experience of supervising and mentoring more junior fee earners and trainees
  • Experience of using case management systems
