Junior Program Manager
£20.89 per hour, 35 hour week

Initial ftc to the end of October, with potential for extension
Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a renowned university who are partnered with an international non-profit organisation who work with startup companies across the UK accelerate their business and positively impact society.
Based in the Docklands area of East London you will:
- Help manage the London programme, providing an outstanding experience for Startups, Partner and Experts
- Liaise with local partners and manage relationships with international colleagues to ensure a successful continuation of the startup programme
- Plan & execute local events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives including speaker management, suppliers and logistics
- Follow up after events to thank speakers, get feedback from participants and analyse the event's success and make suggestions for the future.
- Manage local partners ensuring they run successful events and demo days. Understand partner requirements providing strong customer service. Run events as Master of Ceremony introducing startups and speakers.
- Own the 1:1 relationship with the ~20 startups helping them get the most out of the program.
- Recommend next steps at the programme so we can build a better programme in 2025.
Experience/Skills:
- Highly organised with a background in organisation and events management
- Comfortable liaising and communicating with people at all levels, including executives
- Able to travel abroad - participating in on-site events with the organisation's Switzerland team
