Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your expertise in precision engineering to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the precision engineering sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Drivers Licence needed.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the precision engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of precision engineering principles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
