About Us:
Broad Spectrum SEN Secondary School is committed to providing high-quality education and support to students with special educational needs. We are seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a supply basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with additional needs in a secondary school setting.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help manage classroom behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Provide personal care support to students, if required.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with additional needs.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
