In this HR role, you will be responsible for the provision of HR support to managers and employees within their hi-tech automotive manufacturing facility.
In your first few weeks in this HR Advisor role, you can expect to:
- Develop effective and professional relationships with managers across the facility to ensure the provision of high-quality and effective advice on the HR implications of tactical daily activities
- Participate fully in key people-related change decisions, anticipating and effectively dealing with any people issues whilst advising, challenging and supporting managers in their role on people-related processes (e.g performance management, personal and team development, resource planning and recruitment)
- Deploy key HR initiatives, policies and training activities to support the operation and other organisational programmes as required
To apply for this HR Advisor role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- CIPD or equivalent qualification or relevant HR experience at an appropriate level in a diverse, face-paced organisation
- Experience using HRIS databases
- Manufacturing/ automotive experience (advantageous)
- Experience operating in a busy environment with good prioritisation and time management skills and the ability to exercise appropriate autonomy.
