HR Business Partner

Working for a large educational trust who are looking for a HR Business Partner to assist the Director of Resources on all HR matters within the trust in a regional capacity.
This is a brand new role for the organisation who have not previously had HR in their region. The trust are national and usually HR matters are dealt with via their head office, but they have found they need someone more local to assist with the patch.
The salary is £55,000 and is on a hybrid basis. The role can be based as any of their schools, as long as you are where you need to be as and when required. The role should be 2 days from home and 3 days from the office - this could be a different school each day.

Your new role
To develop and advise the Trust on all HR and workforce matters. To deliver a professional HR service to schools, ARBs and residential provision on behalf of the Trust. To ensure the development of policies and the management of staff is in line with best practice and supports the Trust's vision, values and ethos of the Trust and meets the needs of children and young people as the organisation grows and develops.To support the development and delivery of the Trust People strategy.To positively contribute to the culture of a people-focused organisation

What you'll need to succeed
Be CIPD qualified
Knowledge of employment law
Experience ideally, of Trade Unions
Experience of advising senior/middle managers on employment law issues
Experience of managing change and implementing new systems/procedures/controls.
