Location: Romford
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Company Overview:
Our client specialises in the design and manufacture of high-precision grinding and polishing equipment, particularly for the diamond tooling industry.
Position Requirements/ Duties:
- Raising quotations.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries.
- Accurately process customer orders.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and relevant information is available.
- Assist in managing customer accounts.
- Support sales team.
- Maintain accurate and organised records.
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability for customer orders.
Skills/ attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- German/ French speaking in beneficial.
