Key responsibilities:
- Logging and reporting breaches
- Managing complaints
- Conducting thorough reviews of customer documentation, and approving financial promotions and marketing materials
- Oversee the review of agreements with insurers and Delegated Authority partners
Key candidate's skills:
- Experience in a broking environment is required, demonstrating a proven track record in the industry.
- In-depth knowledge in general insurance and financial services.
