Risk & Compliance Analyst | Lloyd's Broker | London/Hybrid | £30 - 35,000 (doe)
Finitas are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a boutique Lloyd's broker in their search for an additional Risk & Compliance Analyst to join their team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to utilise their compliance experience and break into the Lloyd's market. They are a closeknit business with lots of exposure to all levels of seniority and you will also gain hands on experience across all different areas of compliance & Lloyd's, which will do nothing but excel your career!
Reporting into the Compliance Officer, you will have the opportunity to work across an array of compliance duties including (but not limited to):
- TOBA management.
- Compliance File Reviews of Placing and Claims files.
- Anti-Financial Crime Monitoring.
- Approval and Review of Business Partners.
- Managing & implementing follow-up actions arising from Compliance Monitoring.
- Assist development and efficacy of Compliance Monitoring and related MI and Board Reporting.
- Assist Compliance Officer with general compliance duties and projects, and delivery of Compliance Plan, including Risk Assessments, updates of Policies, Rules & Procedures & more.
Experience required:
- Must have a minimum of 1 years compliance experience.
- Must have experience of working with an insurance company or insurance broker - Lloyd's experience would be desirable.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal with the ability to build relationships at varying levels including senior stakeholders.
- Proficient with MS Tools - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Please note that you will be required to work in their London office 3 days a week.
