A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a well-established firm in Bristol.
Our client is looking for a high calibre individual to look after a large portfolio of mainly student and some professional properties. The ideal candidate for the role will have a strong Property Management background and will be keen to join a dynamic, forward-thinking firm.
Duties to include:
- General property management administration
- Arranging and overseeing maintenance
- Liaising with Landlords, student tenants and their parents
- Negotiating with contractors and instructing and overseeing works
- Property Inspections and inventories
- Move in's and move out's
- Ensuring all legislation and safety testing is carried out/followed correctly
The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to lend a hand wherever is needed to ensure that the Property Management role is successfully met and fulfilled, within the office and out and about visiting properties.
Candidate qualities:
- 12 Months Property Management experience (preferred)
- Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail
- Well-presented and professional manner
- Able to problem solve and be a quick thinker
- Fantastic customer service
- Personable and able to work well in a team
- Ability to work in a sometimes-challenging environment
The role will involve attending property inspections so a full driving license and own car are preferable, but not essential.
Holiday - 22 Days + Bank Holidays
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (Tuesday 8:30am start & Friday 5:30pm finish) 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30am - 3:30pm with a day in lieu to be taken during the week after the Saturday worked.
Office based - Digs Office, Clifton Triangle.
