The Graduate

The school are looking for a graduate who has a passion for education. You will need to have an English related degree (2:2 or above) with the idea of having a career in education. The key to raising attainment is to be enthusiastic about the English curriculum, instilling a love of Language and literature. Formal or informal experience working with children is desirable, but not essential.

The Opportunity

This role will be to support under-achieving English students, through the English national curriculum in KS3 and KS4. You will be required to work on a 1:1 and small group basis, taking the students out of the classroom and providing support and guidance to help their achievements.
