We are thrilled to be recruiting for a dynamic role as a UK & International Sales Account Manager for a global British beauty company. Known for setting trends and driving significant sales growth, especially in the US market, we are seeking a proactive, commercially astute individual to join their team.

They are an award-winning, multi-category beauty business with three key brands. Their company is renowned for setting trends in colour and product innovation, delivering significant sales growth in both the UK and international markets, with the US being their fastest-growing market. This is an exciting time for their business, and they are looking for a go-getting Sales Account Manager to join their team.

As a UK & International Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, driving sales, and contributing to our growth in both UK and International markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Retailer Relations:
Understand buyer priorities and retailer strategies.
Provide insights into future retailer initiatives and events.
Adjust brand plans based on changes in retailer strategies.
Respond promptly to retailer requests and competitor actions.
Identify opportunities to achieve mutual goals with retailers.
Brand Management:
Deeply understand our brand strategies and consumer profiles.
Offer tactical insights to shape brand plans.
Assess risks and opportunities, adjusting strategies as needed.
Stay updated on key trends and market drivers.
Sales Activities:
Present innovative opportunities to meet sales objectives.
Create and manage investment plans impacting P&L.
Share insights and recommendations with the team.
Build and update business plans accurately.
Monitor and address gaps in target vs. budget.
Lead efforts to acquire new key customers/accounts.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with supply chain on forecast and stock planning updates.
Collaborate with NPD on product samples and launch timelines.
Plan marketing activities with Trade Marketing.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience as a Sales Account Manager or Account Executive in a fast-paced beauty business.
Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales.
Commercially astute with profit management experience.
Proactive, self-starter with a 'can-do attitude' and attention to detail.
Passionate about the beauty industry and staying ahead of trends.
Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
