Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or Fee Earner

I am currently representing a highly regarded East London law firm who are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or established Fee Earner to join their lively and vibrant Commercial Property team.

The successful candidate will ideally be over 4 PQE+ with the ability to independently manage a caseload from start to finish, including; sales, purchases, leases, re-finance, licenses and consents, share sale and purchase agreements.

You will:

  • Be over 5 PQE+ (preferably)
  • You will ideally have a network of clients or a small following of key relationships
  • You will Ideally having prior knowledge and experience on completing bridging loans.
  • You will be able to manage a varied and busy caseload from start to finish.
  • You will have a proven track record of billings.
  • You will be ambitious, driven, and have a high level of regard for your work.
  • You will enjoy client interaction, and will have a keen eye for business development and the promotion of your firm in the local community.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £60,000.00 per year
