Role Overview:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Progressor for our clients busy Estate Agency team. You will manage the property sales process from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. The role offers flexible working hours, with the option to work on a hybrid basis.
- *Minimum 2 years Estate Agency and Sales Progression experience required**
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Progression: Oversee the sales process, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.
- Client Updates: Regularly inform clients on the progress of their property transaction.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that arise during the sales process, such as legal or financial delays.
- Sales Support: Occasionally assist Sales Negotiators with tasks like property viewings and coordinating with photographers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within an estate agency is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the property sales process and related legal requirements.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and days, with hybrid working options available.
