Role: PA
Location: Henley in Arden B95 and homeworking
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience

We are working on behalf of a thriving organisation based in a beautiful rural office setting in the Henley in Arden area. Due to the dynamic growth of the business, they are seeking to recruit an experienced PA / EA to support the Company Director with administrative tasks.
The company operate a hybrid flexible working policy, but due to the office location you need to be a driver to access it.
Role and responsibilities:
- As a PA / EA you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration service to the Company Director
- Responsible for coordinating monthly Board meetings across several stakeholders
- Preparing agenda and Board packs, minute taking and follow up actions
- Organise diary and travel arrangements for meetings - face to face and TEAMs
- Assist in all aspects of event preparation for a variety of events both internal and external
- Processing basic invoices and expenses in Xero
- Respond to written communication to a high standard on behalf of the Director or draft responses
- Screen calls and messages to the Director and highlight matters of urgency
- Support with office management duties such as coordinating meeting rooms, IT and facilities
- Any administrative tasks as required by the Director or other senior management team
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a similar PA or EA position essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Discrete and professional attitude
- Competent user of Microsoft office
