Our client, a leading media brand, is looking to add an Event Executive to their London based team.
You'll be working across a UK and European portfolio of financial service sector events.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering flexible, hybrid working (3 days a week from their Central London office) and salaries of £30-35K.
Responsibilities:
- End to end event management for a varied portfolio of events across UK and Europe
- Assist with venue sourcing and supplier coordination
- Act as main point of contact for speakers, sponsors and suppliers
- On site on the day management and post event reporting
The Person:
- You'll have a minimum of 18 months experience within an events role
- Start up mindset, whilst this is a well established company, they are innovative and adaptable
- You'll have great attention to detail, to deliver top quality events
- Experience of drafting event agendas, budgets and venue comparisons
