The Senior Content Executive will play a pivotal role in creating and managing content that fuels the company's growth engine. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role will be the go-to wordsmith, crafting compelling messages across various formats and platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the copy for key landing pages on the website with a focus on SEO and the target audience
- Develop a defined and consistent brand voice for all marketing materials, aligning with company values
- Strategise and create content across blogs, practical guides, whitepapers, and social media (primarily TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
- Contribute to various projects across marketing such as product marketing and demand generation to repurpose content and create written materials based on target audience preferences
- Schedule, film, and edit the bi-weekly podcast, including the creation of video shorts for promotion across LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Report monthly on key content figures
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign deliverables to drive growth
- Generate innovative ideas for content that resonates with a B2B audience
- Ensure all content is optimised for SEO and follows best practices
- Create engaging video content for social media and other digital platforms
- Assist in the development and execution of content marketing strategies
- Monitor industry trends to keep content relevant and impactful
What You'll Need:
- A strong background in content marketing within a B2B SaaS company with a proven ability to contribute to marketing strategies and execute hands-on content production
- Strong SEO knowledge, including technical SEO, with a record of creating SEO-optimised pieces
- Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and an obsession with persona-specific messaging
- The ability to adapt tone of voice across different content channels and formats, from technical reports to community social media posts
- The ability to maximise a specific topic across unique formats appropriate for different channels
- Basic graphic design skills
- Basic video editing skills
- A keen eye for detail and a desire for self-development
- The ability to track, report, and analyse key performance metrics
