Role: 1:1 Support for Student with Behavioral Difficulties in Mainstream Classes

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementing individualized strategies and interventions to support the student's academic and social-emotional development.
- Collaborating with classroom teachers and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

- Assisting with classroom management and implementing behavior management techniques as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with behavioral difficulties or special educational needs.

- Patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting students facing challenges.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
