Business Process Specialist
£550 - £700 Inside IR35
6 Month Initial Contract
Circa 1 day per week on site in North Yorkshire (Will be more to begin with to establish relationships)
I'm currently recruiting for a Business Process Specialist to come and join a Change & Transformation team and improve the organisations business processes and drive efficiency across the business. This role would initially involve lots of discovery and scoping and working with many stakeholders in order to understand what processes and systems need improvement.
Skills / Experience
- Proven experience in business process re engineering or process improvement roles.
- In-depth analysis of end to end Process
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement frameworks is essential.
- Value Stream Mapping
- Process / System Improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management - some need "winning over"
- Lots of Discovery / Scoping work initially
- Experience of pensions administration would be beneficial.
