OVERVIEW:
- A new opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a Top 100 law firm with an impressive portfolio of national and international clients.
- Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years' PQE
- This highly regarded team specialise purely in real estate disputes, acting for both residential and large commercial clients across the UK.
- You will be responsible for a mixed caseload of residential disputes and commercial disputes, whilst also from time to time assisting Partners on other matters which may be more complex.
- You will ideally have had exposure in specialisms such as service charge disputes, TOLATA claims or property related professional negligence
- Confident and capable of supervising more junior members of the team.
- Strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service
