What You Can Expect
- Location - New Malden (2 - 3 days in the office per week)
- Salary - £50,000 - £55,000

Key Responsibilities as a Software Engineer (SC Cleared/Clearable Opportunity)
- Working as part of an agile team to design, build and deploy critical systems using evolving technologies.
- Supporting the set-up and design of project-specific software development environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintaining technical knowledge of existing and new product developments within the business.
- Ensuring work is completed within budget and on schedule.
- Continue to improve the UK's Defence Software Centre of Excellence.
Core Experience and Skills
- *MUST be eligible for Security Clearance, this is essential*
- 3+ years experience as a backend engineer.
- Experience designing and developing high quality software products using Java, C and C++.
- Knowledge of software configuration management such as Git or BitBucket.
- Experience working in the defence, national security or relevant industries would be desirable.
