Description
- Processing invoices and credit notes.
- Reconciling supplier statements to the ledger.
- Dealing with supplier queries promptly and efficiently.
- Liaising with other departments to resolve any discrepancies.
- Adhering to all financial regulations and company policies.
- Assisting the wider finance team as required.
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
- A strong understanding of purchase ledger processes.
- A strong interest in getting into accounts/finance industry
- Completed further finance and accounts studies
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
